General information on data processing
We are very pleased that you are interested in our practice website and would like to inform you comprehensively about the processing of your data that we take with great care. It is generally possible to use our website information without providing any personal data. In the event that the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Article 6 (1) (d) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
If the processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.

Data deletion and storage period
The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage can also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other regulations to which the person responsible is subject. The data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the standards mentioned expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data to conclude or fulfill a contract.

Provision of the website and creation of log files
As soon as you access our website, information (log files) is processed automatically. This information is necessary for the correct delivery of websites and may include information about the browser type and version used, the user's operating system, the Internet service provider, the user's IP address, date and time of access, websites from which the Users come to our website and websites that are accessed by the user's system via our website. The data is also stored in the log files of our system. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user.

You can contact us using the email address provided. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted with the email will be stored. In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation. A user has the option to revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If the user contacts us by email, they can object to the storage of their personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot continue. In this case, all personal data that was stored in the course of contacting you will be deleted.
